Box Score The Lady Cougs were defeated by another tough RMAC opponent-Colorado School of Mines-on Tuesday evening 72-45.  The Orediggers doubled the Cougars score at the start of the second half 24-12.  From there it was an uphill battle for CCU. 

CCU's Haley Shaner was about the only cougar making her shots as she totaled a team high of 21 points.  Shaner also led in assists with four.  Jordan Baer was consistent in her defense totaling seven rebounds.  
 
The game was simple.  Colorado School of Mines had 40 points in the paint and the Cougars only 14 (47%FG-27%FG).   CCU's outside shooting was off, but still fared better than the Orediggers by one percent at 22%. CCU and CSM both shot exactly 83.3% from the line.

CCU Basketball will travel to Fort Lewis College on Saturday Jan. 27th. Tip-off is set for 1:00 PM.
