LAKEWOOD, CO- Kenzie Middleton has been named the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference Softball Player of the Week. 

Middleton had a weekend to remember for the Cougars at home against Fort Lewis. In game one she picked up an RBI on two hits and two runs scored. In game two, Middleton brought some late heroics, uncorking a two run walkoff homer as part of a three RBI three hit game to carry her team to victory.

Game three saw Middleton launch another two-run blast and pick up an RBI double in a 15-0 win for the Cougars. She picked up another hit in game four as Colorado Chrstian went a perfect 4-0 on the weekend to start RMAC play. 

Middleton's totals from the weekend were seven RBI, two homers, eight hits, and an incredible .571 batting average as the Cougars got off to an excellent start to conference play.
