LAKEWOOD, CO- The Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference (RMAC) announced their week one Golfer of the Week awards on Thursday, and after a dominant victory at the Writz at Mile High, Adam Duncan has been given the seasons' first honor. 

Taking on four conference opponents and two non-conference foes, Duncan proved that the difficulty of the course at Bear Creek Golf Club was no match for his skill. The first round was an excellent one for Adam as he came out and fired eight birdies en route to a 65. The senior turned around and shot a 70 as part of a difficult and grueling 36 hole day. After a rejuvenating nights' sleep, Duncan was ready to go in round three, shooting another 65 as he finished the tournament -16 to claim the individual title. The effort helped the Cougars to an incredible 57 stroke margin of victory as the defending National Champions picked up right where they left off with a win.
