LAKEWOOD, CO- The Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference (RMAC) announced their Outdoor Track & Field All-RMAC teams on Monday, and Ashley Vil and Shannon King earned Second Team honors in the triple jump and 3000m steeplechase. 

Vil earned her third All-RMAC honor in the triple jump as she placed sixth with a jump of 11.55m. Vil has been excellent in her four years at CCU, raising the standard for the triple jump for future athletes at Colorado Christian. 

King nabbed Second Team honors in the 3000m steeplechase as she took fourth place with a time of 11:02.38. Shannon has been stellar in her time at Colorado Christian, recently claiming fourth in the indoor mile as she prepares for the 1500m at Outdoor Nationals.
