LAKEWOOD, CO- The Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference (RMAC) announced their softball players of the week on Tuesday, and after a monstrous week at the plate, Arriana Wright has earned player of the week honors for the first time. 

Wright was absolutely dominant in the batters box as CCU faced off with Regis on the road in Denver. She started off with one of the more dominant innings ever seen in the top of the 1st of game one, teeing off on a three-run homer after the first two batters got on base. She came back up later in the same inning with the bases loaded and proceeded to uncork a grand slam, starting the contest 2-2 with 7 RBI in inning one alone. 

She continued her torrid weekend at the plate with three more RBI in game two, another one in game three and four more in the series finale. Her weekend totals included 15 RBI, 3 home runs, a double and a 7-12 series at the plate for a .583 batting average. She also had a .688 on-base percentage and a whopping 1.417 slugging percentage as she led her team to a dominant series sweep.
