LAKEWOOD, CO – Colorado Christian welcomes Anne Metz to the women's soccer program as the new assistant coach.
Metz was a standout soccer player at John Brown University where she was a captain for two years and was recognized with All-American honors her senior season. After helping to lead her team to two conference championships and two national tournament appearances, Metz played in the Women's Premier Soccer League and the Scottish Premier League.
Metz found a passion for coaching and developing younger players during a red shirt season in college and that led to her helping run different camps and practices for her college.

As a player Metz was a high scoring attacker, with 20 goals and 24 assists in four years, with 106 shots and 52 shots on goal Metz had a close to 50% shot on goal percentage.
She earned her Bachelors in Kinesiology and Intercultural Studies, graduating Magna Cum Laude and with Academic All-Conference honors from John Brown University.
