LAKEWOOD, CO – With a solid group of newcomers already added to their program this offseason, the Colorado Christian men's soccer program added another talented player.

With the addition of Alexander Nicholas Trinidad-Gonzalez, the Cougars are now welcoming 12 new faces to the team for the 2020-21 school year.

"To get straight to it, we are lucky to have him," head coach Brad Camp said. "Alex has a reputation for being a hard-working guy who understands the college game. We found that to be true right off the bat. I am most excited to have another guy who loves the Lord, excels in the classroom, and understands what we are trying to build."

Trinidad-Gonzalez joins the Cougars squad after playing at Johnson & Wales last season. He saw action in seven games, with three starts, recording three shots from his midfielder position.

During his prep career at nearby Standley Lake High School, he was a first-team all-conference selection. Trinidad-Gonzalez was a four-year letterwinner for the Gators and helped the team to the post season in each season; including a run to the state semifinals as a freshman. In the classroom he was named the state's all-academic team.

He plans on studying Business Administration at Colorado Christian.
