LAKEWOOD, CO - Two weeks ago she was named the league's top performer. Last week she earned all-region honors. Today Faith Kilgore was named an honorable mention All American by the Women's Golf Coaches Association. 

The honor puts a bow on a season where she earned first-team all-region honors as well as being named the RMAC Golfer of the Year. Kilgore became the first player in school history to earn all-region honors and All American honors. 

Kilgore was the RMAC top performer all season. Kilgore won two different events – The Swan Memorial and Sam Proal Invitational – while posting a top 10 finish in seven of the nine events she competed. Her 65 she shot during the final round of the Swan Memorial in early September is still the best individual round score of any golfer in NCAA Division II.

Last week she posted a top 10 finish at the NCAA Regional Championships in Denton, Texas – finishing just a handful of strokes out of a berth into the NCAA National Championships.

In addition to her success on the course, she was named to the RMAC Academic Honor Roll. The Psychology major carries a cumulative 3.62 GPA.
