WAIMEA, HI- Colorado Christian took part in their final tournament of the fall season October 27-28 as they competed in the Dennis Rose Invitational at the Hapuna Golf Course. 

ROUND ONE
Dylan Arthur led the team on day one, firing five birdies off for a 68 to finish the round four under par. Peyton Jones followed with four birdies for a 70, and Adam Duncan carded a 71 for one under par. Xavier Bighaus posted a 73, while Bradley Mulder tallied an 82. 

ROUND TWO
Closed with a stellar round on the final day of play, carding a 68 on six birdies to claim a tie for third at -5 for the tournament. Arthur continued his consistent and strong play, posting a 71 for a tie for third with his teammate Duncan. Jones tallied a 71 as he came in the top 10 with a tie for sixth overall. Bighaus had a big bounceback round as he shot a 69 as part of a bogey free round to tie for 10th overall. Mulder finished with an 80 as he tied for 82nd. 

After rounds of 282 and 279, CCU claimed second place amongst the 17 teams taking part in the invitational. 

A very successful fall season now comes to a close as the Cougars posted top 10 finishes in all six competitions they took part in, including a first place finish to start the year and four second place finishes. They will be back in action in 2024 as they get the spring season started March 3-5 at the Las Vegas Desert Classic at Boulder Creek Golf Club.
