LAKEWOOD, CO- The National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) announced their week 2 Coaches Poll on Tuesday, and after a four-game sweep of Adams State that moved the Cougars to 12-1 on the season, they have moved up three spots to #11 in the country. 

CCU was completely dominant over the weekend, going on the road to start RMAC play and showing they are once again the team to beat in the conference. Wins of 12-2, 14-0, 14-5 and 15-1 displayed the excellence of this team as all but one game ended in five innings with a run-rule victory.

With a quality win over now #4 Cal State San Marcos under their belts, the Cougars will look to continue their winning ways as they continue conference play at Fort Lewis February 23-24.
