LAKEWOOD, CO- The Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference (RMAC) announced their All-Conference awards on Thursday, and after tremendous seasons, Dasiya Jones, Victoria Perez and Nicole Bowlin received Honorable Mention recognition. 

Jones was pivotal for her team this year, leading the team in rebounding and nearly averaging a double-double on the year. Dasiya pulled down a total of 231 rebounds to go with 305 points. Averaging 12.7 points per game and 9.6 rebounds a game, Jones tallied eight double-doubles on the year. Starting in 24 games for her team this season, Jones was a huge part of the success the Cougars saw this year. 

Perez closed her time at CCU with a splash, as she contributed in all areas of the game. A great defender and a strong three-point shooter, Victoria led the team with 52 steals, including a nine steal game in RMAC play. Perez dropped 304 points and 40 three-pointers to help her team, all while dishing out 85 assists. Victoria started 27 games for CCU this season, and every time she stepped on the floor her impact was felt. 

Bowlin had her best year as a Cougar in her junior season, leading the team in scoring, assists and points per game. With a stellar average of 13.2 points per contest, Bowlin poured in a team leading 369 points and dished out 107 assists. With a hot hand from beyond the arc, Nicole shot for a three-point percentage of .354 while draining 45 shots from downtown. Bowlin started in all 28 contests the Cougars played this season, leading her team to a strong season and making her presence known in every facet of the game.
