Athletics Highlights from November 13-19:
- Men's golf is now ranked 6th Nationally in the First NCAA Golf rankings of the yearÂ
- Get to know Molly Miller, a two sport athlete and fifth year student, who was interviewed by some of our athletes
- Women's basketball beat Langston University in Pueblo on Friday night with a 77-73 victory to earn their second straight win
- Men's basketball had a huge win over Barclay College during their home-opener Friday night with a score of 107-98 for a momentum-building early season win
- Both cross country teams competed at Nationals this weekend with incredible results. Men took 8th overall as a team and Matthew Storer earned the title All American as he took 3rd in all of Division 2. Women took 16th overall as a team- an incredible end to the season for both teams

Men's Cross Country RecapÂ
11/18 JOPLIN, MO- Cross country took part in the NCAA Championships on Saturday in Missouri, making their fourth straight appearance at the highest level of competition. The team posted an excellent finish, as
Matthew Storer took home All American honors with a third place finish while the team came in eighth out of the 34 elite teams participating.

11/18 JOPLIN, MO- The Cougars headed to Missouri for the NCAA Championships on Saturday at the Tom Rutledge Cross Country Course. The team saw some strong performances as they took 16th overall, led by
Molly Miller who had a fantastic final 2 kilometers to score 40 points.Â

11/17 LAKEWOOD, CO- Colorado Christian hosted Barclay College on Friday evening in their home opener from the CCU Event Center. Led by five players in double digits and a high pressuring defense, the Cougars came away with a 107-98 victory over the Bears.Â

11/17 PUEBLO, CO- The Cougars headed south to take on Langston University on Friday in a neutral site matchup hosted by CSU Pueblo. Led by a strong final few minutes and great overall play, CCU came away with their second consecutive victory by a final score of 77-73.Â

Molly Miller was interviewed about her experience as a two-sport athlete and fifth-year student at Colorado Christian University. Hailing from Masonville, Colorado, Miller has impacted both the soccer and cross-country teams with her passion for the sports and consistent perseverance. Her athletic career at CCU has been a story of redemption and faithfulness to the Lord's calling in her life.

11/16 LAKEWOOD, CO- The first Spikemark rankings of the year have been released, and after an impressive fall season the Cougars come in at 3rd in the South Central Region and 6th in the country. It is the highest national ranking the team has ever received in program history, something the team has worked very hard to achieve.Â
