Adam Duncan got off to a scorching start, throwing down a first round 66 with six birdies and an eagle. Xavier Bighaus stayed consistent, carding a 71 for one under par on the round. Bradley Mulder went even par with a 72 as he eagled hole 1 and tallied three birdies on the back nine. Dylan Arthur and Peyton Jones each posted scores of 76 as the team started off strong.

The team had three players competing as individuals, and Cole Grossle led the trio with a first round 72. Cameron Sandland followed with a 79, while Ben Fowler carded an 81.

ROUND TWO
Bighaus and Jones shot quality second rounds, each posting 69s for three under par to lower the team score. Duncan had a 71, while Arthur tallied a clean 72. Mulder posted a 73 as CCU remained near the top of the team standings.

Grossl continued to lead the individuals with a 73, while Sandland had a 76 round two. Fowler finished with a 77 as the Cougars prepared for an important final round.

ROUND THREE
Duncan closed the shootout with a 73, as he finished in a tie for second with a total of -6 over the three rounds. Bighuas posted a 71 to tie for fifth at -5. Mulder shot a 71, good enough for a 13th tie for 13th overall as he shot even over the course of the tournament. Jones shot a 78 to tie for 35th, while Arthur tallied an 81 to tie for 48th.

Grossl shot a final round 78 to tie for 35th, while Fowler went three under par with a 69 to tie for 44th. Sandland finished with a 76 as he tied for 52nd.

As a team, the Cougars totaled a score of 859 (285, 281, 293) as they took second place and defeated the other three RMAC schools competing there.

CCU will continue their season October 1-3 as they head down to Amarillo, Texas to take part in the Ryan Palmer Foundation Invite hosted by West Texas A&M.
