LAKEWOOD, CO- The NFCA/GoRout DII Coaches Poll released on Tuesday, and after becoming just the second team in DII to reach 50 wins this season, CCU find themselves two spots higher than last week at #3. 

The Cougars persevered through a low scoring 3-2 victory in game one of the weekend against Adam State before running away with the final 3 games of the series. Wins of 7-0, 9-1 and 9-1 carried CCU to a perfect mark of 40-0 in conference action and extended their win streak to 46 games in a row. 

The Cougars continued to be leaders in many statistical categories nationally, including hits with a whopping 570. They also lead the country in RBI at 410, total runs with 452, total sac flies with 36, and win-loss percentage at 0.962. They also sit in the top 3 in batting average, double plays, RBI per game, scoring and slugging percentage. 

CCU will look to complete the first undefeated run through the RMAC in the history of the conference when they visit CSU Pueblo in the regular season finale April 30-May 1.
