LAKEWOOD, CO- The Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference (RMAC) announced their Preseason All-RMAC selections on Tuesday, and after helping his team to their second straight National Title Match,
Peyton Jones highlights the list as a key returner for the Cougars.
Ranked as the 75th best golfer in all of DII last season, Jones had seven top-20 finishes in the 2024-25 season and was named First Team All-Conference at the conclusion of the year. The junior helped his team win their second straight RMAC Championship, their first-ever NCAA Regional Title in program history, and their second consecutive appearance in the National Title Match. Peyton is going to be a key part of the team as a leader and veteran presence on the course in the 2025-26 season as he looks to lead his team back to the NCAA postseason once again.
The Cougars are set to tee off at the Travis Roy Memorial at Powderhorn Golf Club in Sheridan, Wyoming September 15-16 to begin their season. Congratulations to
Peyton Jones on earning a spot on the Preseason All-RMAC team!
