A native of Norman, Oklahoma, Cooper Pasque joined Colorado Christian Cross Country in 2006. Throughout his career with the Cougars, Cooper came to exemplify the true meaning of Student-Athlete.
Cooper was twice named to the RMAC All-Academic Team, and on both occasions posted a perfect 4.0 GPA. In addition to his accomplishments within the conference, he was also named a 2008-2009 NCCAA Scholar Athlete.
During the 2009 NCCAA Championships, Cooper made it into the CCU record books by running the 7

The Wheeler Award recognizes a top-flight runner who possesses a vital Christian testimony on and off the course, exhibits outstanding leadership qualities and is a junior or senior in good academic standing.
After graduating in 2010 Cooper went on to earn his M.A. in history from Liberty University. He is now married to Hailey and is currently a Scholarly Communications Assistant at Jerry Fallwell Library at Liberty University.
