Joining the Cougars in the fall of 1997, Erin Dilbeck Glass arrived as a top-flight local recruit who would soon emerge as one of the premier athletes on a nationally ranked Cougar Volleyball team.

Entering CCU as the 1996-97 Weld County Sportswoman of the Year and the Greeley Tribune Co-Player of the Year, the 5’10” outside hitter from Platteville, Colorado soon earned a starting role on a 1997 team that finished a program-best 17-2 in RMAC action.

During her four-year stay as a Cougar, Glass led CCU to their best overall and conference record, an RMAC regular season championship and moved into third place in the records books with 4.18 kills per game. For her efforts, Erin was named to the RMAC All-Conference team for three-straight seasons and was a First Team All-Region selection as a sophomore.

Following her stay with the Cougars, Glass continued to pursue her passion for volleyball as a coach for the Front Range Volleyball Club (FRVBC). In nearly ten years with Front Range, Glass has coached her teams to three regional titles, five national appearances and a 2001 Junior Olympic Gold Medal.
