A native of Cimarron, NM, Sara Davis began a stand-out career with Colorado Christian University in the fall of 2004. When the final buzzer sounded on her career, the 5-9 forward had rebounded, shot, and stolen her way into ten of CCU’s women’s basketball career records. A two-time All RMAC player, Davis impressed in the classroom as well – her 3.87 GPA earned her three RMAC All Academic team nods and a Top Accounting Student Award from CCU’s school of business in 2008.

She was twice voted Female Athlete of the Year by her peers at Colorado Christian.

Sara returned to New Mexico after graduation, and is currently teaching 8^th grade math and coaching in the Hatch Valley Public School system.
